DIGITALLY PRINTED COVERS

We work with a few local printers if you are in need of any digitally printed covers for your vinyl series. It takes about 3 weeks for the covers to be printed.

 

Available in single-colour, four-colour, single-sided, double-sided, full-surface or detailed printing. The covers are available with one, two or no centre holes. The are available with standard finish.

 

Made from standard 300g paperboard. Both disco bags (no spine) and standard covers with a 3mm spine are available.

 

For 12" / 7" / 5" formats, quantities at 1x, 5x, 10x, 25x, 50x.

 

Make sure your images are 300dpi and are either AI, PDF, TIF, or PSD files.

PRINTING FILE PREP

          • Change all fonts into paths

          • Layout WITH NO any marks / cutting lines

          • Layout including margin addition (5mm bleed)

          • Don't put any important information in 5mm from trim

         • Black and White layouts with pure black,

             if possible (C0 M0 Y0 K100)

PRINTED INSERTS

Printed inserts are another option for doing record artwork. The inserts are fitted, and slide into the PVC covers.

 

Available in single-colour, four-colour, single-sided, or double-sided on 250gsm coated paper. Leave about 2-3 weeks time for doing this kind of printing option.

 

For 12" / 10" / 7" / 5" formats, at any quantity. If you have something specific in mind, let us know !
