PRINTING SPECIFICATIONS
• 300 dpi
• PDF, TIFF, AI
• Embed all fonts or if this isn't possible, create
outlines for all text.
• Layout WITH NO any marks / cutting lines
• Layout including margin addition (5mm bleed)
• Don't put any important information in 5mm from trim
• Flatten transparencies
• CMYK or Grayscale
• Black and White layouts with pure black,
if possible (C0 M0 Y0 K100)
Vector files provide some of the best printing results. Zoom in very close on your print file to see if the edges, especially the curves and fonts, are still razor-sharp, then that element is made in vector and things will be extra crisp. You can have both vector and image in the same file.
If you are still unsure about the print-readiness of the file, we can review it for you - just add "advanced file check" to your order. Feel free to write if you have a question about anything.
