lathe cut vinyl is an analogue medium like screenprinting or film photography. the lathe works like a turntable, but instead of playing, a diamond stylus cuts the music into the vinyl. no 'mother-record' is needed to duplicate.

every record is made in realtime, one by one. we don't use any pressing equipment and the cutting process is all handmade.

as lathe cutting is a handmade process, there will be some slight degree of variance with each copy - each one is unique. we will of course cut to the best of our abilities and take very good care with each vinyl record.
